Before launching Standard, Juwan led operations and site maintenance at Sensus Design Studio, where he managed over 700,000 sq. ft. of residential demolition. That hands-on experience shaped our approach: no shortcuts, no delays, no excuses.

To this day, Juwan personally visits every job site, overseeing the tactical work that Standard Demolition is known for. His philosophy? Everyone contributes. No job is too small.
